Guest access

All unlocked areas of the accommodation are available for use. Access is fully automated via our smart key boxes. Further details can be found in the guestbook you have already received. Additionally, you will need to fill out a form before check-in. This ensures we comply with our legal obligations.

Further important information:

Your apartment is located at Pferdemarkt 7, directly to the right of Pizzeria Rustica in the pedestrian zone (blue door and garage door). Important: There are some stairs in the building, some of which are quite narrow. The garage is also only suitable for smaller cars.

To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection has been installed in the apartment.

For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow.

Pets are very welcome! 🐾 We charge a fee of €10 per pet per night for the additional cleaning and care required. This will be added during the booking process.

For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.
