The neighborhood in Saarburg is a vibrant and diverse community, characterized by openness, tolerance, and mutual respect. People of different origins and nationalities live here together, enriching the community with their traditions and activities. There are numerous amenities such as shops, restaurants, and parks that invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. The strong sense of community, fostered by regular events and activities, is particularly noteworthy. Excellent transport links make commuting and exploring the surrounding area easy. Saarburg is a place where you can feel at home.

The accommodation is located in an old farmhouse directly below the famous 20-meter waterfall in the heart of Saarburg – right next to the mill museum and directly on the water. The Buttermarkt (Butter Market) with its cozy restaurants and cafes, the picturesque "Little Venice" on the Leukbach stream, and the bell foundry are just a few steps away. The boat landing on the Saar River is about 300 meters away, and the nearby Saarburg train station offers convenient connections to Trier or Luxembourg. Shopping facilities and the tourist information office are also in the immediate vicinity – an ideal starting point for tourists, explorers, and business travelers alike.

Your apartment is located at Staden 10, directly below the waterfall next to the mill museum. The key boxes are to the left of the front door; your apartment is on the top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. Only brief stopping for unloading is permitted in front of the building; parking is available under the bridge (approx. 200 m).

To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection is installed in the apartment.

Air conditioning is available for warm days.

Pets are very welcome here! 🐾

We charge an additional cleaning and care fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the booking process.

For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.
