I myself will not be personally present or on-site during your stay, but I am always available by phone or chat for questions, tips and recommendations, and I look forward to making your stay as pleasant as possible.

The neighborhood in Trierweiler is a vibrant and diverse community, characterized by openness, tolerance, and mutual respect. People of different origins and nationalities live here together, enriching the community with their traditions and activities. There are numerous amenities such as shops, restaurants, and parks that invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. The strong sense of community, fostered by regular events and activities, is particularly noteworthy. Excellent transport links make commuting and exploring the surrounding area easy. Trierweiler is a place where you can feel at home.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area in Trierweiler, directly below the A64 motorway to Luxembourg – ideal for tradespeople and travelers who value mobility. A bus stop in the immediate vicinity also ensures that you can quickly reach your destination even without a car. For guests with children, the town offers a large playground just 5 minutes away, and a supermarket right next to the church provides you with snacks and refreshments for your outings. Those who wish to enjoy nature will find numerous hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity – and Trier's city center, with its restaurants and UNESCO World Heritage sites, is just a few minutes away by bus or car.

The apartment can be accessed from the rear of the building, via Am Krümmelweg street (second house from the left).

For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow.

To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection has been installed in the apartment.

We charge an additional cleaning and care fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the booking process.

For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.
