Access is fully automated via our smart key boxes.
You can find all this information in the guestbook, which you have already received.

Furthermore, you will need to fill out a form before check-in. This ensures we comply with our legal obligations.

Further important information:
To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection has been installed in the apartment.

For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow.

The washing machine and dryer are located in the private garage and can be used if required after a short consultation with us.

Pets are very welcome here! 🐾
We charge an additional cleaning and care fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the booking process.

For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.

The tourist tax for the city of Trier is collected via the check-in portal.
